Shawn’s professional progression has resulted in him becoming one of the top real estate brokers in South Carolina and beyond. Specializing in residential homes re-sales & vacant land re-sales, specifically  for properties that were on the market with other companies, and did NOT sell.  Shawn has personally SOLD well over 3000+ properties here in the area, of which 99% of these properties failed to sell with other agents!

Shawn is the owner, and Chief Executive Officer of ATLANTIC EDGE REAL ESTATE. He is constantly setting the bar for Charleston real estate. Shawn draws on over thirty full-time years of experience and a genuine passion for the business. His extensive industry knowledge ranges from residential and land sales, luxury and architecturally significant properties, new developments, and commercial transactions.  Shawn has also assisted in working as the EXECUTIVE LAND ACQUISITION LIAISION to several of the largest developers in the country, working to find large developmental tracts of land for large scale residential home developments, right here in the low country.
